The Shiviti is a traditional work of Jewish art often hung on the wall of a home or front of a synagogue as a reminder of the constant presence of God. The main elements of this piece are the hebrew phrase “I place God before me always” (Psalm 16:8) and the 67th Psalm written out in the form of a Menorah.
