Gates are about openings. And openings are essential to Jewish Life. Gates suggest the possibility of opening our hearts in prayer, or concern, or sympathy, or connection. Closed gates protect and secure; open gates entice and allure. This work was inspired by the blue gates of Zefat. This edition was produced on 255 gram Somerset Velvet art paper and limited to one hundred eighty exemplars.
