Description
This Giclee print is based on a quote from Avot De Rabbi Natan, a 7th to 9th century work which some consider a kind of Talmud on the famous Ethics of Fathers from the Mishnah:
“If you have caused a small harm to your fellow, it should be in your eyes as very large;
If you have done some major benefit for your fellow, it should be in your eyes as trivial.
If your fellow has done you some slight benefit, it should be in your eyes as very great;
If your fellow has done some major harm to you, it should be in your eyes as trivial.”
